Duncansby Head by annie7

We went to Duncansby Head on the one and only horrendous day on our holiday weatherwise. It was blowing a gale and the rain was driving across the sea stacks. In actual fact I had a job to stand let alone take a picture.

Duncansby Head is the most north-easterly part of the Scottish mainland, including even the famous John o’ Groats. The headland juts into the North Sea, with the Pentland Firth to its north and west and the Moray Firth to its south.
