Mu Cang Chai is a rural district of Yen Bai Province, in the Northeast region of Vietnam.

The district is located at the foot of Hoang Lien Son mountain range, at an altitude of 1,000 m above sea level. Some places may remain virtually untouched beauty unknown to the outside of the indigenous people. If you are adventurous you will see two beautiful waterfalls here (Unfortunately, I was not young to go there)
