Sustenpass, Switzerland. Oct 2015.
After having been on a photosession in the south of switzerland near Mendrisio we were in a hurry to catch the evening-light in Sustenpass on our way back to basecamp in Interlaken. And I can tell you, driving the narrow, winding roads on route 11 in a hurry is great fun! This is a 3 exp blend for exposure, focus and focal-length stacking, but also slightly for perspective.
By the way, I was halfway in the postprocessing when I noticed the face in the stone on the right hand side of the river, admiring the view of the 2500m+ mountains in the setting sun like I did that evening in october…
