Light Dance by cwexplorationphotography

My amazing fiance got me a brand new CF Induro for Christmas so I just had to try it out! Lucky enough for me I was greeted with some of the best light I’ve ever seen in the Central Cascades. It was insane! This is a 6 photo horizontally stitched pano.

Riverside by JeremyDuncan

Another fall color image from 2014. I wasn’t able to get out much this year (2015). Not sure why but I am going to go ahead and blame it on pure laziness.

I wish I could say I hiked for miles to get this shot, but, alas, it is about five feet from my car. However, I never get bored of this area.

Single image. Thanks for looking!

Fields are Alive… by ErwinBuske

The perspective for this image is looking out to the south from the flower fields of Mt. Dickerman, toward the mountains of the central cascades. I took this image in the late evening light. There was beautiful diffused light for the flowers made possible by a gradual transition to more overcast skies filtering the sun’s rays. The Mt. Dickerman trail is located along Washington’s Mountain Loop Highway and involves a 4 mile hike with 4,000 feet elevation gain. Although this hike is somewhat brutal, the rewards at or toward the top are worth it!
