Ascension by Jkboy_Jatenipat

Salto Grande was definitely the prime waterfall attraction in Torres del Paine National Park . The powder blue color of its waters from all the sediment embedded in the glacier-fed waters added to its scenic allure. The watercourse would eventually feed the gorgeous Lago Pehoe, which was one of the prettier lakes in the patagonia, Chile.

Loveline by tpoulton001

The light of starry dreams can only be seen once we escape the blinding cities of disbelief.

Captured using two different focal lengths 90mm for the water to get a little compression and 28mm for the mountains, all Schneider Tilt Shifts. Nice and and easy with the blend due to the perfect horizon. Captured the water early in the morning as the water was so sweet and the wind picked up later which made for nice semi long exposure clouds.

Our 2 tours of Patagonia are sold out for next year but we still have spots available on our USA Road Trip, Dolomites Alpine Hiking Tour and Canada including 3 nights at Mount Assiniboine with Sarah Hatton and Chris Collacott.

God Only Knows by tpoulton001

Previously released as a cropped version and remastered for a client in the full panoramic version “God Only Knows” is inspired by one of my favourite childhood band, The Beach Boys. If you listen to the words from Brian Wilson, a very talented and troubled man you see beyond the surfer band persona and really understand how being creative can be a blessing and a curse all at the same time.

All landscape photography calls for the ability to tramp the last mile, shape the last plan, endure the last hours light. The fight to the finish spirit is the one…characteristic we must posses if we are to face the future as creators.

It has to be said that I do love a good cloud, Chile delivered with plenty to spare. Driving back from Torres del Paine National Park late one evening, i looked in the rear view mirror and this was a sight to behold. It was truly surreal. Not the most creative of compositions I know.
But man…look at that cloud!
