Almost Mature by Harry-Eggens

Looking at the lighter patches in its body and wing feathers and the darker tips on its tail feathers this White-tailed Eagle will have been full grown about a year after I took this shot in Nemuro Strait a few miles Northeast of Rausu on Hokkaido, Japan.
