A Perfect Night for Photography in the Valley of Dreams East, In the New Mexico Badlands. There was a lot of airglow in one area of the sky, adding a lot of color. You can see how bizarre the landscape is, a very alien and otherworldly place.

Lombardi l’ha fatto alla Lombarda…l’albero!

Eh sì…impossibile non approfittare di questa “esclusiva e straordinaria” stagione invernale dove le tipiche attività sciistiche sono “rimpiazzate” da quelle tipiche estive.

Un paesaggio in veste davvero insolita e dai toni assai caldi ma soprattutto godibili dal vero…considerando la possibilità di accesso alle alte quote senza necessariamente essere esperti di scialpinismo…perché di neve…non ce n’è!

Una visione, già presentata in passato con un’altra luce, di una location a cui sono particolarmente legato…e da cui in questi giorni, all’ora del tramonto, possiamo esser accarezzati da una luce dorata e radente seguita dall’innalzarsi di un mare di nebbia avvolgente!

NO FAKE SUN GLOW…ONLY REAL LIGHT!

La propria immaginazione prende poi il via con la scia luminosa che si estende a quella dei gatti della neve di Isola 2000…fino a raggiungere un orizzonte carico di energia.

Sunrise with Venus by patrickzephyr

I’ve crossed this brook many times in route to other locations on the shoreline here at one of my favorite areas of the Quabbin Reservoir. For a few months every year I can watch the sun rises at the end of this stream. On this particular morning venus broke the horizon first so together we waiting for sun. Thanks for stopping by.
