Ghost by lolloriva

This is probably my first “serious” try on light trails pictures.
It has been taken in a late june saturday night on Nufenen Pass in the Swiss Alps. It was about 11 PM when I set up my equipment and then I started to wait for a car to drive the pass road but after a while I realized that nobody would have helped me with that so I started the exposure and jumped on my car to drive down and up again and be back to stop the exposure after exactly 6 minutes and an half. Initially I thought to produce a composite with another much shorter exposure for the sky but I really like the movement effect on the clouds in the sky so I left the original sky.
I hope you like the result …

Unavoidable Fireworks by Rich_Devant

One of the hardest parts of capture fireworks is making sure you know which way the wind blows. Even so, sometimes it can still be unavoidable but, can add tons of atmosphere. As was the case here, the announcer said , ” rain or shine the fireworks show will go on.” I call this one.. Unavoidable Fireworks.
