The Inuit of Alaska believed that the lights were the spirits of the animals they hunted: the seals, salmon, deer and beluga whales. Other aboriginal peoples believed that the lights were the spirits of their people.To me its the most amazing phenomenon i have ever witness with my eyes ,the best show from mother nature. Standing on Stone by Tannerstedt

Öland – the island of the Sun and Wind. Once, there were over 2000 windmills on the island and today, there are only 352 left. These two are still standing at Gillberga on heavy stone foundations.
