On the second visit to Goðafoss with my 2015 ‘
Winter Paradise‘ Northern Iceland workshop group, we encountered spectacular winter conditions. The lower level of this gushing waterfall is usually very hard to shoot due to large amounts of spray. But this time we had no wind whatsoever, allowing me to shoot this rare 30-second exposure. With pristine snow covering the entirety of the waterfall, the experience was very emotional.
If you’d like to experience and shoot some of the world’s most spectacular destinations, check out next year’s
