Rock Amid Rapids by MichaelBandy

Probably my final good McGee Creek shot from our Fall colors trip in October. We had a great time using our waders and getting into the water to really get the good comps. This was one of the ones I really liked. Hopefully you do as well!
I wish I had some nice winter scenes as it is almost Christmas, but I am afraid I do not. Hopefully soon!

Chamber of Light by Pcoskun

Warm light bounces off the deep canyon walls of Zion’s narrows early in the morning. Rushing waters flow through this magnificent canyon constantly changing it’s appearance. Hard to believe, but I was nearly waist deep in the water here trying to keep my tripod and camera steady from the turbulent rapids. I tried making a similar image from this spot last year, however it was much later in the day providing more lackluster light on the walls and water.

Selfoss by frank_delargy

Selfoss, in the north of Iceland is, in my opinion, the finest of it’s plethora of wonderful waterfalls. This is nowhere near the town of Selfoss but just up the river from Detifoss. I was awestruck by it’s grandeur and beauty. It requires a hike of about 2 kilometres from the parking lot at Detifoss to get to it so it is not full of people and those that are there are in awe. I wish I had so much more time to enjoy these falls but I had a country to circumnavigate.
Pano consists of 7 blended vertical frames. Each frame is 1 second @ f/8, ISO 50 and 16mm. Sony a7r2 & Canon 16-45 L glass.
Total pano is about 18000 x 4700 pixels.
Feedback welcome.
Thanks! Frank
