Endless Beauty by MartinKrajczy

This shot was taken in the Namib desert from the peak of one of the highest dunes there. It is taken on a cloudy morning. Therefore the light is really special. The sun did break through half an hour later and the mystic, calmness atmosphere coming along with the special light was gone. We started as early as possible to climb up the dune. The access to this are is limited so we hat to wait until we were allowed to get in. You can also ask for a special entry pass. You might have to pay some extra money to get an earlier access. The way up did take roughly 1 1/2 to 2 hours (roughly 300m height). We were all exhausted after we reached the peak….but i can not say if this was the reason why nobody talked anymore or because of the beauty we were able to see from the peak of the dune.
