The Awakening of the Spider by DaniloFaria

Woke up 5 AM to wait for sunrise at Canyon de Chelly, a sacred Navajo Park. Well, needless to say the sunrise was far from impressive, so I have to salvage a few shots before the light got too “bright”. Still a marvelous place and sight to be awaken to…
Seen at center of the image, the marvelous Spider Rock. This rock stands alone about 800 ft (242 m) tall from the canyon floor. Thank you very much for your support!

Spider Rock by LarryBarrett

The rain has stopped and the sun is setting at Canyon De Cheley, Arizona, USA… Spider Rock is an 800-foot spire in Canyon de Chelly. It’s also the home of the important deity in the Navajo culture, Spider Woman, who has chosen its pinnacle as her home.

Listen to the Wind Blow by DaniloFaria

This is Spider Rock at Canyon de Chelly, a sacred Navajo Park. This rock stands alone about 800 ft (242 m) tall. Waited 30+ minutes for the sun to break out of the clouds, but totally worth the view. Thank you very much for your support!
