A drug for senses by Carlosmacr

Thanks to my jobmate and her patience, who shared that afternoon with me and my camera. We were not so lucky with the sunset (at least it was not was i had expected, even being such an unpredictable thing :-)), but we spent a nice time there.
In the image, Patricia and my inseparable lantern. Some of you (like César Vega or Juan Carlos Cortina knows what i mean :-))

Gracias a mi compañera de trabajo y a su pacienciia, que compartió aquella tarde conmigo y con mi cámara. No tuvimos mucha suerte con el atardecer (al menos no era el que yo esperaba, aún siemdo algo tan difícil de pronosticar :))

Labas vakaras by Carlosmacr

I would love to visit some of these places where, in summer, you can enjoy an almost endless sunset. One i visited Iceland but not in the season where such thing would take place. The closest where i have been in summer is Lituania, where this photo was taken. The thing is that it’s a pleasure to enjoy the long sunsets over there, remarkably longer in time that the sunsets i can usually where i live in Canary Islands.

Me encantaría visitar alguno de esos lugares donde, en verano, es posible disfrutar de unos atardeceres “eternos”. En una ocasión visité Islandia, pero no en la época en que este fenómeno tiene lugar. Lo más cerca que he estado en verano es en Lituania, donde esta foto fue tomada. En cualquier caso es un placer disfrutar de los largos, aunque no interminables :-)) atardeceres que hay por allá, notablemente más largos en esta época que donde vivo, en Canarias.

Today i am uploading a collaboration with my wife, who is the author of the base image, in which i tried some different edition changes. I always liked very much the original one, that i will upload with her consent some other day. It was taken in a heveanly place in Fuerteventura island.

Hoy subo una colaboración con mi mujer, que fue la autora de la fotografía base sobre la que me he entretenido haciendo alguna que otra edición. La original, que algún día colgaré por aquí, es una imagen que siempre me ha encantado. Está tomada en un lugar paradisiaco en la isla de Fuerteventura.
