Smoke Show – Rowena Crest, OR

I think I tried sunrise here 4 or 5 times this past spring in the hopes of getting some amazing color in the sky. Unfortunately while these flowers were in peak it was clear skies most of the mornings. On this morning, the nearby Siberian wildfires and asscioated smoke created some nice drama in the sky and really made the sun cresting the hill very unique.

Side note: 0 tick bites from all of my visits here. I’ll consider that a win.
