A Song of Ice and Fire by SrivatsRavichandran

A glorious evening out shooting on the Big Sur coast, this is till date one of the best sunsets I have been witness to and the fact that it came smack in the middle of summer made it all the more memorable!! An evening when the skies were ablaze and the tides were roaring with icy cold Pacific Ocean water. This shot was taken after hiking, running and climbing down some sharp and unwieldy rocks. A low tide entering the cove made for some beautiful wave action and the majestic burn from the sunset made it a shot totally worth capturing. One of my favorite seascapes till date. This insane burn was predicted by #escaype.

Le Mont Saint-Michel – France

I took this panorama from the from the terrace of the beautiful Abbey of Mont Saint-Michel. From this height all become so small and you can also see the seagulls still in the middle of nowhere, footprints left on the sand and mud by people who walked around during the daytime.
As a rhythm, as the heart beat, but slower… Slower perhaps because nature has this pace.
While I was waiting for the right light I enjoyed the scene unfolding front of my eyes thinking how they form those fantastic streaks, those forms, those shades.
In fact the Bay there are many streams and rivulets that dig in the sand drawing incredible designs. Easy…but lovely.
Water slowly begins to retire. Then suddenly returns to silence. Again…and again.

Riptide by PatrickMarsonOng

Let me take you away from my recent journey on the land down under and bring you way up north to the land of the Vikings!

BreiĆ°amerkursandur or famously known as the ice beach, one should not miss this place when visiting Iceland. Make sure to spend a few days here, get lost, explore and be amazed! Rest assured that you wont get tired photographing this place. Huge ice and crazy swells doesn’t stop nor scare me from capturing what I love! I hope you like it! Feel free to share! šŸ˜‰
