Time to reflect by KimLeuenberger

Merry Christmas 500px folks!!

It’s this time of the year again, the one where we look back at everything that happened in the last 12 months and that we realise how quickly the time flies by.

One of the best decisions I’ve taken in 2015 was to try to post again on here. After only a few pictures, I could feel the love from you all and it’s given a real boost to my confidence, so thank you all so much for your constant and amazing support!

Love you all xxx

HERE COMES THE SUN by jankovoy

Old Bagan (Pagan) – is a huge archeological zone on the territory of Myanmar. It counts thousands of buddhist temples and pagoda. The most of them were built during the 11th-13th centuries at the time Bagan was the capital of the ancient prosperous dynastic kingdom. The ruins of Bagan are located in an area of 40 km along the east bank of the mighty Irrawaddy river. You might need a couple of days to see all of these landmarks by feet, so there are very popular the air excursions. On sunrise you may see dozen of air balloons which are slowly and soundlessly floating over the cradle of myanmar history and culture.

Another from Lake Bled in Slovenia. I only spent a couple nights here and had one chance to get a sunrise, it was sure worth it. Hopefully I can make it back sometime.

Best viewed on Black.

Thanks for checking out my work.

Golden Deluge by stianklo

I tried to shoot a new angle on the iconic Gullfoss in Iceland – right underneath the plateau on top of the waterfall, there’s a super tiny cave of sorts, where the water rushes through with immense speed and power (I guess it’s not really allowed to go there, woops sorry!). Arild and I got totally drenched in water, but it was so worth it …what a view and spectacle we were treated with. Can’t wait to show you more images from the trip 🙂
