April British Landscape Photography Workshop

it’s that time of the year when you put all the numbers together and realize how awesome it was! 8643 miles (13909 KM) between 4 countries, (England, Wales, Sardinia and Iceland). I’ve been published 5 times and lot more are coming, 6 lighthouses and again, more to come in 2016, 3 upcoming workshops organized and knew a lot of new people!
In this last 2015 picture, an awesome sunrise at Mumbles Lighthouse from Bracelet Bay, in the Gower Penisula, South Wales.

April British Landscape Photography Workshop

I’ve been amazed by this location since I saw it for the first time on a documentary long time ago, so I’ve decided that this place should be on my portfolio! Everything was perfect by the long planning that took place before the actual travel from London to the Gower Peninsula. The weather wasn’t the best one, but for the sunrise some clouds would have been just on the right place to get the shot. Planning is the most important part on my photography and I enjoy every part of it.

Ynys Llanddwyn Lighthouse by andicampbelljones

One from the weekends trip to Snowdonia and Anglesey. This one is from Ynys Llanddwyn Island on Anglesey, UK. We were hoping for an epic sunset, but ended up with an ok one.

A little bit of a trek to get to this from the carpark (which is chargeable) by walking up the beach. Also the Island is cut off at high tide.

In The Water by axle88

The best way to get a good picture is being inspired, and for that, the best inspiration of all is music. This picture of Fairy Glen was inspired by the song In the water, by Anadel while taking the shot.
I remember I was literally in the water for taking this photo, while the water was really cold and at least one meter and an half deep, but nothing stopped me because I knew that this moment was the right one to capture, studying the composition and how the water was flowing from an higher point for at least 30 minutes.

Another picture made at coast of Wales in 2014. It’s a long time exposure with graduated grey filter, 3 exposures set to an HDR.

Ein weiteres Foto aus 2014 entstandenan der Westküste in Wales. Es handelt sich um eine Langzeitbelichtung mit Grauverlaufsfilter, 3 Belichtungen zu einem HDR zusammengefügt.
